HOUSEMARTIN Roofing is a Father and Son run business with over 55 years combined experience in the industry, everything from the early days of pour and roll felt and asphalt to the present technology's of polyester felt, liquid plastic solutions and single-ply. based in the cotswold area in Fairford, we travel a wide area from Cirencester, Swindon, Cheltenham, Oxford and afar.
OUR SERVICES
EPDM
Designed to be a cost-effective and much faster option compared to traditional roofing systems. For most applications, the membrane is cut to the size of your roof and supplied as one single piece, trimmed to size and finished off with the correct drip, kerb edge and wall up-stand trims.
SINGLE-PLY
Created from strong and flexible membranes composed predominantly of synthetic polymer, Membranes can be mechanically fixed or glued and are sealed at joints to form continuous waterproofing, very popular for large areas.
LIQUID PLASTIC SOLUTIONS
Liquid Plastics is a seamless cold applied roofing system that is reinforced with a fiberglass membrane that can offer up to 25 years-plus life expectancy on flat as well as pitched, green or inverted roofs.
SLATE AND TILING
Traditional felt and battened pitched roofing and insulated if needed, with a finish of a wide range of tiles and slate, from cotswold stone to ordinary plane tiles to Spanish and natural Welsh slate with the occasional lead work needed
FELT ROOFING
An area where we have a immense range of experience with most private households opting for this product, with polyester based felt improving the life expectancy over older pour and roll methods. Polyester felt which has been going strong for over 25 years will put you in a good peace of mind for a cheaper price than other products.
OUTBUILDINGS
Built from scratch we have built anything from simple sheds to summer houses with electricity and SKY TV, all buildings are insulated and built from top materials, with locked windows and doors and any required roofing system
